It is amazing how many things have high fructose corn syrup, even things that appear to be healthy and natural! I try to read the labels, but sometimes it sneaks through. Thanks for pointing out and reminding me I shouldn't be lax in this area!


Truly amazing, indeed! My favorite high-fiber bread was full of it -- a multi-grain bread, which you'd think would be geared towards those of us who are trying to eat healthy foods. I'm afraid I got complacent; I'm back on my guard now!
